This is a short Introduction to configuration wizard.
The protocols page is used to configure of network protocol usage monitoring.
The Services page is used to configure of network services usage monitoring. Such as web servers, mail and proxy services. Monitoring can be one single counter or splited by any time interval in week, day or by months.
The Users page is used to configure of network services usage monitoring. In this page You set the network address of users block. Result is 2D table with column is user address, rows is time axis. Time interval can be some fixed time or time of week, of day or by months.
The Finish page is parses all Your settings and generate configuration file. Copy this file to /usr/local/etc/nfcount.conf and start nfcount.
Note, that this wizard give access to a limited part of configuration options. For example timeranges in count rules is not used in configuration generated by wizard. So, please, use it wizard only for make first time configuration.
